my last minute halloween costume for 2008...just your standard issue nerd. still, everyone i know would keep asking me when i was going to change into my costume.

it's okay. my senior year of high school, as part of my theater troupe, i had to put on a different costume every day of the week (e.g. monday was nerdy, tuesday was mythical creature, etc.).
it wasn't until we got to friday, "greek pantheon" day, that one of my classmates finally goes, "whoa, why are you in costume?"...when i told him that i'd been dressing up every day, he goes, "dude, i thought you were just dressing a bit more outlandish-ly than usual."
